Description
Scholars believe this rock art panel may represent an actual hunt of big horn sheep. The art is similar to that of the Fremont period circa 950-1200 AD. It can be found in Nine Mile Canyon near Wellington, Utah.
In addition to the petroglyphs, I see the head of a deer on the left side of the panel. To me, there is an eye and the deer appears to be grazing with its mouth open.
